PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Initial Application, Offer Letter and Purchase Agreement
To reserve your new home please complete the Application Form and then fax (during GMT office hours 10-6pm), post or email the completed form to DMI.

On receipt of the Application Form, an Offer Letter will be faxed, emailed or posted to you. A sample Conditions of Purchase Agreement will be made available for your information, but the agreement will only be executed on receipt of the Deposit.
Standard Payment Terms
5% Reservation Deposit
35% For plot allocation and to commence build
40% Stage Payment at roofing level
20% Payment upon practical completion
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer to either the Ghana or UK office. Please contact us for further details.
Allocation Criteria
Cash Sales
Homes will be allocated on receipt of the 40% Plot Allocation and Commence Build payment.
Closing
The keys will be released when all outstanding balances have been fully settled and when all relevant documents have been executed. Certain fees such as documentation and utility connection fees, are post-closing payments and are not part of the final invoice.
Construction times vary between 9-14 months depending on the type of house.
