The Directors and staff of DMI Homes are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and product and enjoy the experience of purchasing or building a new home.

We make the following commitment to our customers:

1. DMI Homes will provide you with detailed information, about the property being sold.

2. DMI Homes will clearly set out the personal choices and options which may be available to you.

3. DMI Homes will take full account of your health and safety during construction, and after occupation of the property, by providing written advice on visiting site, and using the home and it’s facilities.

4. DMI Homes will aim to keep you fully informed by providing information about the progress of construction and the timing of completion.

5. DMI Homes will ensure that the property is completed in accordance with your Finishing Schedule before you take occupation, and will undertake to demonstrate all the functions and facilities within the home.

6. The provisions and protection provided to you under customer service will be clearly set out and explained, as well as your own obligations for running in and maintaining your home. You will be provided with DMI Homes dedicated customer service.

7. We will always aim to be professional, efficient, businesslike and helpful.
